Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without requiring justification, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
Return Conditions
For the return to be accepted, the product must:
• not to have been used
• to be in its original condition and packaging
• to be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
According to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, returns are not accepted in the following cases:
• earrings or items that have been unsealed after delivery, for hygiene reasons
• personalised or custom-made products, according to the customer's choices
Returns Procedure
The customer must first contact nouvelle âme at post: info@nouvelleame.com, stating the order number and the reason for return. .
The customer is charged with the direct return shipping costs of the product, unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.
Refund
The refund is processed within 14 days old from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Cyprus: The return fee is 10€.
Europe and other overseas countries: Return costs are borne by the customer and vary depending on the country and shipping method.
In the event of an incorrect or defective product, the return costs are borne by the New Soul.
