This e-commerce website operates under the brand name Nouvelle âme (hereinafter «the Company» or «the e-shop») and belongs to the business Maria Pitsikaki , based in 2, Lordou Vyronos Street, VAT number 078157863, Tax Office Heraklion , contact email info@nouvelleame.com.
Accessing, browsing and making purchases via the e-shop imply the unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
La nouvelle âme features adult jewellery as well as children's jewellery.
Some products may be handmade or feature distinctive characteristics, which can result in slight variations in colour, size or details.
The photographs and descriptions are indicative and aim to portray the products as accurately as possible.
3. Orders
The order is considered complete upon its successful entry into the system and the sending of a confirmation email to the customer.
The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify an order in the event of:
• product unavailability
• technical or systemic error
• incorrect pricing
In any case, the customer is informed immediately.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include statutory VAT, unless stated otherwise.
For shipments outside Greece, any customs duties, taxes or import charges are borne exclusively by the customer.

The available payment methods are displayed in the e-shop and may include:

The nouvelle âme carries out missions:
• within Greece
• within the European Union
• in countries outside the European Union
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors (shipping companies, customs, weather conditions, etc.).
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by third parties.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
The customer has the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with the Directive 2011/83/EU and Law 2251/1994.

8. Children's Jewellery – Safety Terms
Children's jewellery is intended for use for adult supervision only.
Nouvelle Âme accepts no liability for improper or unsupervised use.
Purchases are made exclusively by adults.
9. Consumer Safety & Product Use
Η news soul is committed to providing products that meet safety and quality requirements, in accordance with applicable Greek and European legislation.
Jewellery is intended exclusively for decorative use and must be used in accordance with the purpose for which it was designed.
Children's Jewellery
Children's jewellery:
• they are not toys
• are intended for use for adult supervision only
• not recommended for children under 3 years old, due to the risk of swallowing small parts
The responsibility for the selection and safe use of the products by minors rests exclusively with the parent or guardian.
Limitation of Use Liability
Nouvelle Âme is not responsible for:
• improper or unintended use of the products
• damage or accidents due to misuse
• allergic reactions not related to a proven product defect
In the event of a proven defect, the statutory consumer rights under Law 2251/1994 shall apply.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nouvelle Âme is not responsible for:
• technical website issues
• delivery delays caused by third parties
• losses arising from improper use of the products
The Company's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Copyright
All the content of the e-shop (texts, photographs, logos, designs) constitutes intellectual property of news soul and is protected by Greek and European law.
Any reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.
12. Amendment of Terms

The changes apply from their publication in the e-shop.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Greek Law and the law of European Union.
