The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the product, without requiring justification, in accordance with Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 personalised or custom-made products<\/strong>, according to the customer's choices<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns Procedure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer must first contact nouvelle \u00e2me at <\/strong>post<\/strong>: info@nouvelleame.com<\/strong>, stating the order number and the reason for return. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer is charged with the direct return shipping costs of the product<\/strong>, unless the product is faulty or was sent in error.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refund<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refund is processed within 14 days old<\/strong> from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cyprus:<\/strong> The return fee is 10\u20ac<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Europe and other overseas countries:<\/strong> Return costs are borne by the customer and vary depending on the country and shipping method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
